The apartment at CMG Residence Canal Saint-Martin / Vellefaux was well-equipped and clean, with a fabulous power shower and good quality towels and toiletries. The location was convenient, right next to a very good supermarket. We found the communication with the property to be great, with quick responses and easy check-in as described in the photos. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here for families or groups of friends.

It is important to note that the access to the apartment was not easy, requiring multiple codes to enter. Additionally, the automatic lock on the door kept refreshing, giving the feeling that someone was coming in.

I always choose this place for my stay in Paris. The staff helped me with printing tickets at my first stay, which I remember. It suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. No pets allowed, no smoking on site. Coming back for business trip.

The apartment had a modern and attractive design with a TV that had Netflix and YouTube options. the presence of a washing machine with a built-in dryer was convenient for our stay. The location of the apartment was also notable, as it provided relatively easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. these features enhanced our experience during our New Year stay.

There were some negative aspects that we encountered during our time at the apartment. the sleeping couch was noisy, which created some discomfort while trying to relax.

We loved our stay at this apartment! The place was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials we needed, including pots, pans, utensils, and even a washing machine. There were three TVs, which was a pleasant surprise. The property owners were incredibly sweet and always responded to our questions quickly and professionally. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station and there was a supermarket right beneath us. We also appreciated the proximity to a hospital. The bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely love to visit this apartment again next year!

The subway being close was the only saving grace. At least I didn't have to walk too far to escape the horrors of this place.

It's like they designed this place to test my patience and make me question my life choices. The access codes, the tiny room, the non-existent customer care, everything was just exquisite.

The apartment was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making meals together as a family. The dining table was a great place to gather and enjoy our food. We loved having our own private bathroom with a shower. It made getting ready in the morning so convenient and hassle-free. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice addition. We enjoyed relaxing and watching our favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The tile/marble floor gave the apartment a luxurious feel. It made us feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel. It was great to have ironing facilities and a desk in the unit. We appreciated having a designated space to work and stay organized during our stay.

The soundproofing could have been better. We could occasionally hear noise from outside, which bothered us a bit.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table was a lifesaver during our stay. We were able to cook our own meals and enjoy them in the comfort of our apartment. It felt like having our own little restaurant right at our fingertips.
